Notes:
1. One participation registration covers 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials and handbag; 3) coffee break, lunch buffet on the conference day;
2. One paper registration covers the cost of reviewing and presentation of the online edition of the proceedings;
3. Accepted papers must be registered by the registration deadline, or the paper will not be published;

Payment Receipt
After the registration is confirmed, an official receipt of your payment will be sent to you together with all conference materials at the conference site;
If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received before July 31, 2026. An administrative fee of about 30% fee from the paid amount will be deducted from each refund;
Authors who have requested for refund after July 31, 2026 are NOT entitled to any refunds;
No shows will not be refunded;
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email;
*The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
