Prof. Xue currently working as a professor at the College of Communication Engineering (College of Microelectronics), Chengdu University of Information Technology, China. She is recognized as an Outstanding Expert with Prominent Contributions of Sichuan Province, a reserve candidate for the Academic and Technology Leadership Program of Sichuan Province, and a recipient of the Sichuan Provincial Outstanding Young Academic and Technology Leaders Funding Program. She is also designated as a High-Level Overseas Returnee of Sichuan Province. In 2018, she was a visiting scholar at the Department of Exploration Geophysics, Curtin University, Australia, funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). She was nominated for the International Eni Award in 2016. In recent years, Professor Xue has published over 120 papers in high-level domestic and international journals and major academic conferences. Among these, 48 are indexed by SCI (including 13 in SCI TOP journals) and 63 are indexed by EI. Professor Xue is a Senior Member of IEEE, an Active Member of SEG, a Lifetime Member of the Chinese Geophysical Society, and a member of the China Institute of Communications. She is an editorial board member of the international SCI journal Frontiers in Earth Science and a young editorial board member of the EI journal Petroleum and Natural Gas Geology. She also serves as an academic committee member of the Key Laboratory of Rock Physics, PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch. She has served as a reviewer for more than 40 international SCI journals. Her research primarily focuses on algorithms and applications related to signal processing and information extraction, as well as earth exploration and information technology.
