Speakers

Professor Zhao is Professor of Beijing Jiaotong University. He previously worked and studied at ZTE Corporation, Yonsei University in South Korea, Macau University of Science and Technology, and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He has been selected for the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University (NCET) of the Ministry of Education. He has received honors such as Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), Outstanding Society Worker of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), and Best Editor of China Communications for the years 2020 and 2023. He has won the First Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress Award from the CIE and the First Prize of Natural Science Award from the China Institute of Communications (CIC). He is currently a Fellow of the CIC, a Fellow of the IET and a member of its review committee, a Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), a Senior Member of the IEEE, a Senior Member of the CAAI, a Senior Member of the CIE, the Deputy Director of the Intelligent Transportation Systems Technical Committee of the CCF, and an evaluation expert for relevant industry associations.
