Dr. Xizheng Ke is a Professor at Xi'an University of Technology, a Distinguished Teacher of Shaanxi Province, and a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He is a Life Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the Chinese Optical Society, a Senior Member of the China Instrument and Control Society, the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, and the Chinese Society for Optical Engineering. He serves as a Council Member of the Chinese Society for Optical Engineering and as Vice Chairman of the New Energy and Materials Division of the China Industrial Cooperation Association. He is also a Member of the Optical Society of America and a Life Member of SPIE (the International Society for Optical Engineering).In 1983, he received his Bachelor's degree from Shaanxi Institute of Technology, and in 1996, he obtained his Ph.D. in Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 1997 to 2002, he conducted postdoctoral research at Xidian University and the Second Artillery Engineering College. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Optical Wireless Communication, and serves as an editorial board member for several journals, including the Journal of Atmospheric Science Research and the Journal of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. In 2000, he was awarded the Outstanding Young Scholar Award by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He founded the "Wireless Optical Communication Theory and Networking Technology Forum," which has been successfully held for five sessions. He serves as the Honorary Chairman and Conference Chairman of the forum
